Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities: a. To exhibit commitment and passion for work b. To be honest and have integrity as a member of our company c. To fully cooperate and maintain a healthy relationship with management and your co-workers; d. To promptly report for work at exactly 9:00am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday. And on Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. e. You are expected to report for work six days in a week, with one rest day every Sunday. f. Answer phone calls, SMS and other source of communication that will used (only the company phone are allowed to used) g. Schedule appointments and viewings and maintain calendars, using the admin system h. Schedule and coordinate with other department staff and other meetings. i. Collate and distribute mail and email (only with the use of company assigned email) j. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing and copying, prepare memo, invoices, reports and other correspondence. k. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. g. Schedule appointments and viewings and maintain calendars, using the admin system h. Schedule and coordinate with other department staff and other meetings. i. Collate and distribute mail and email (only with the use of company assigned email) j. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails invoices, reports and other correspondence. k. Canvassing for needed materials, furniture or appliances. l. Prepare permits, forms, inventory list, payroll, petty cash and BIR related documents. m. Communicate and coordinate with E-manage regarding accounting n.
